A one-page contract for a buyer/seller to prepare a transaction involving personal property (i.e. electronics, clothing, arts and craft, etc). Enter the buyer and sellers name and address. This version allows up to four itemized descriptions with a price for each item. Also enter the total price of the transaction (if selling/buying multiple items). The document is immediately saved in PDF format on your computer in the Documents Folder. The Bill of Sale is for property sold in as-is condition without any form of warrenty. The buyer is informed to fully inspect the property before signing the contract. This version is meant for simple transactions because it does not provide a notary blank. Two copies are recommended, one for you and one for the other party. Sign both copies and date the document. Read the entire contract before you sign. The developer Michael E.
